Raffle Rules

WeSave, Inc. Raffle: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The raffle is open to all participants aged 18 or older.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the raffle. You may enter by signing up for a free membership, registering as a merchant, or investing in WeSave, Inc. 
  • Employees of WeSave, Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • The raffle is void where prohibited by law. 

2. How to Enter

  • Participants are automatically entered into the raffle when they:
    • Sign up as a new member on the WeSave website.
    • Register as a merchant
    • Register as a potential investor at www.investwesave.com 
  • Each unique action (membership sign-up, merchant registration, or investment) qualifies as a separate entry.
  • There is a limit of one entry per action, per person.

3. Raffle Prizes

  • Three different rare edition collectible comic books (one per day) will be awarded during the 3-day Comic-Con event, one per day.
  • Winners will be announced approximately 30 minutes before the end of each event day.
  • All the raffle participants we'll also be automatically entered into a separate monthly raffle.  The monthly raffle will award a limited-edition numbered art print by the famous illustrator Cartier.
  • Any new members that are referred by or through a merchant in WeSave’s collectible stores will be eligible for the monthly raffle.
  • Any members that upgrade to a VIP membership will also be eligible for the monthly raffle in the month they upgrade. 
  • Any member that makes a purchase through our collectible stores we'll also be eligible for the monthly raffle in the month when they made their purchase. 
  • All raffle participants throughout the year will be eligible for a grand prize drawing for a complete 10-piece Cartier collection which will be awarded at the end of this 12-month marketing campaign.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected by a random draw from eligible entries at the event.
  • Each day’s winner will be announced at the WeSave booth at the Comic-Con event and contacted via the email provided at sign-up.
  • Monthly and annual raffle winners will be drawn and announced online. Winners will also be notified via email.
  • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within this period, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Conditions for Prize Redemption

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  • WeSave, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with the acceptance of the prize.

6. General Terms

  • By entering the raffle, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • WeSave, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or exhibits fraudulent behavior.
  • WeSave, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
  • The raffle is governed by applicable laws, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [State/Country].

7. Privacy

  • By participating, entrants agree to WeSave, Inc. using their information solely for purposes related to the raffle and a WeSave membership including announcements and contacting winners.
