Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Each merchant has their own return policy.  Please contact your merchant directly. 

If you have a dispute with a merchant, please contact WeSave First at help@wesave.com. If a dispute arises between you and WeSave or one of our affiliates, please contact WeSave to try to resolve your dispute. Our goal is to learn about and address your concerns and, if we are unable to do so to your satisfaction, to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Disputes between you and WeSave regarding the WeSave Services may be reported to Customer Service by sending us an email at help@wesave.com.
